About Masarat

Built to bridge two worlds.

Built to bridge two worlds.

Masarat operates as a digital ventures group. We build companies, bring in global partners, and invest in the talent and technology Saudi Arabia needs.

What we are

A digital ventures group, an ecosystem, and an entry point.

A digital ventures group, an ecosystem, and an entry point.

Masarat operates on three layers. We build and own ventures targeting clear gaps in the Saudi market — Opus, Gene.AI, Sarab Games, and our Odoo implementation practice.

We curate a network of international partners who bring proven technology and expertise into the Kingdom. And we serve as the single point of contact for Saudi enterprises that want to access all of it without managing a dozen vendor relationships.

Ventures we build

Operating companies we own and run. Each one targets a specific market inefficiency we have seen up close inside Saudi enterprise.

Partners we curate

A vetted network of international operators bringing proven technology and expertise into the Kingdom, applied locally with our context.

A single point of contact

For Saudi enterprises that want access to the whole network through one relationship — not a dozen vendor contracts.

Our thesis

Three observations driving everything we do.

Three observations driving everything we do.

01

Vision 2030 has outpaced local capacity.

The scale of digital transformation underway in Saudi Arabia exceeds what any local supply chain can serve. Importing capability isn't a stopgap — it's structural.

02

International companies want in, but the entry barrier is real.

Setting up in Saudi Arabia takes time, capital, and local knowledge most foreign teams don't have. A trusted local partner changes the calculus.

03

Saudi enterprises need outcomes, not vendors.

Buying technology one piece at a time produces fragmented results. A single partner who can bring talent, technology, and implementation together delivers transformation faster.

Build.

We launch ventures targeting market inefficiencies we have seen up close. Each one is run by an operating team with skin in the game.

Partner.

We bring international companies into Saudi Arabia through structured partnerships. Saudi Venture Hub supports legal entity setup, ZATCA registration, GOSI, and ongoing compliance — so partners can focus on delivering work to clients.

7+ ACTIVE · NETWORK GROWING

Connect.

We sit between Saudi enterprises and the right combination of ventures and partners for their specific problem. One relationship, full ecosystem.
